Shipping & Returns

Store credit returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.  If it's been past the 14 day remorse period or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.  Ownership transfers completely from our business to the consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions. Final sale items (Sale/Clearance), accessories, white items, face-masks, sunglasses, and bodysuits (due to hygiene purposes) cannot be returned or refunded.  **Please email us as soon as possible to with any questions/ reasons for a potential return.** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes you may.   Please email us as soon as possible to to get the process started. As long as you stay in the 14 day remorse period (explained above). All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in good condition. Items that want to be returned should be sent out first (upon approval). Once the item is received, inspected, and meets requirements we will send out the new item. 
What if I received a damaged/defective item?
Please email us as soon as possible to with images attached.  We will not accept claims if a week has passed from the delivery date.
Unfortunately, all marked down sale items are final (along with accessories, intimates, and bodysuits).
DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS A MARKED DOWN ITEM. You cannot return these items as they are final sale.  If sent back there will not be a credit given of any kind and you will be responsible for any shipping fees.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24-72 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on the method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however, it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. We are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. 
I input the wrong address, can you resend it?
If the package was sent back to sender and delivered, meaning we received it. We can ship it back, but a $7 Shipping fee will be charged to the customer. As a small business, we are not liable for shipping information errors.


When we receive it and you’d prefer a refund, we can issue you a refund via store credit minus the shipping cost because the shipping fee was used trying to send it to you.


If the package was not returned, meaning we don’t receive it. We cannot resend or refund you the order. Del Carmen is not liable for the shipping information error.

*Shop Del Carmen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Liability transfers from Shop Del Carmen to USPS when they hold possession of the package. Please contact your local USPS for help with the recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email or file a claim here if your package was insured.
